Blue Ridge IG (BRIG) is a collaborative real estate investment company specializing in value added properties in select markets throughout the United States.  

BRIG is led by an entrepreneurial team which looks to creatively maximize investment returns using a solutions-based approach via fee simple acquisitions, joint ventures, refinancing, lending or lien purchases.

We seek out investment opportunities in which it can add value to properties that have the potential for capital appreciation and risk adjusted returns which may include components of new development, redevelopment and/or leasing.

BRIG also selectively invests in stabilized assets for long term property appreciation and/or distressed assets including non-performing notes. 

Being able to recognize unique opportunities is essential to our process and we challenge ourselves to sometimes look past conventional wisdom and we ensure that each investment is driven by its own distinctive vision.  The members of our investment group believe the same.
